Shipping & Delivery Info

Do You Ship Internationally? 

  • Unless mentioned otherwise on the product page of a particular product, we ship our products worldwide. 

How long does my order take to arrive to? 

Please note*: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays with your order. Shipping is currently taking longer than usual. Periods of time between tracking updates are also taking longer which explains why the tracking sometimes does not show any movement.

Unless otherwise specify on the product page, please use the below guidelines for shipping. 

Production Time Estimate for Custom Made 

  • 5 to 7 Business Days

Shipping Time Estimate for Non-Custom and Custom Made items

  • 2 to 3 Weeks 

Total Delivery Time Estimate for Custom Made Orders 

  • 3 to 4 Weeks. Although most of the time they arrive earlier, we use that time frame to take into consideration any potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control.

If your order isn't received after 6 weeks, please contact us at Info@Dinofanatics.com and we will investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.

Will all my items arrive together? 

  • That entirely depends on what you order. We like to ship our items to customers upon availability. So, some items may arrive to you earlier than others.

How do I Pay? 

  • You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX(American Express), Discover, JBC and Diners Club cards as well as Paypal and Apple pay.

How Secure Is My Personal Information?

  • We Dinofanatics adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

  • In the bottom of the left hand corner of our home page, you will see a currency icon that will allow you to switch to your currency of preference.

What happens if more package hasn't arrived yet?

  • Once your parcels have left our supplier's warehouse they are then the property of the courier companies that each supplier chooses. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you and potentially refund you.

I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

  • First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts. 
  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email or text a few days after your order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 2-3 days for the tracking number to update.
  • Can’t find it? Don’t panic, please contact Info@Dinofanatics.com or message us via Facebook Messenger on our Official Facebook Page for a faster response.

How Do I Change My Order Online? 

  • Please contact us via the Messenger pop up on our website or email us at Info@dinofanatics.com within 3 hours of when you placed the order if you require any changes.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

  • When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact us via the Messenger pop up on our website or email us at Info@Dinofanatics.com and request a cancellation or modification.
  • After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it.
  • To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

My billing address is incorrect, can I change it? 

  • Yes, we can change it for you. Please contact us via the Messenger pop up on our website or email us at Info@Dinofanatics.com within 3 hours of when you placed the order if you require any changes.

What if I received a Broken Item?

  • We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, will will not refund the item unless it arrived damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.
  • Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. Contact us via email at info@dinofanatics.com or via Facebook Messenger on our official Facebook page. For more information please see our refund policy.

I have a discount code how do I use it? 

  • Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!
  • Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

  • We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
